On-Time Delivery

Full refund if product isn’t received in guaranteed delivery time

How can I protect myself from late deliveries?  Always check the seller’s On-time Delivery guarantee time and make sure your desired delivery date falls within this time-frame.

 What can I do if my order doesn’t arrive within the seller’s guaranteed delivery time?  

You will have to submit refund request day after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the order details page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.

Returns & Refund

The items I received were not as same by the seller. What can I do?

 Any product delivered(other than consumables) to you that fails to match the seller’s description is eligible for a refund.

For consumable products policy is to first check and than accept product and if customer accept product without checking company will not be pay any refund. because consumable products can be changed by customers as well.

for example in a case: Customer receives order and than replaces consumable product with used low quality How can we verify that the product is same as we have sent.

In case If company allows refund the policy is as follows:Refund for Consumable products are applicable if consumed less than 10 grams.and reported on the same day delivery

These Policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
